Quick Operation Guide:

Step 1: Preparation
Cover or remove any areas and objects that you do not want to be spray painted.

Step 2: Measure Paint Viscosity

• Begin by stirring the paint thoroughly.
• Fill a viscosity cup with the paint and measure the time it takes for the paint to flow out completely.
• This time measurement corresponds to the D.I.N. viscosity value.
• For this product (with a 2.5mm nozzle), the maximum recommended viscosity is 50 seconds.
• Below you will find the recommended D.I.N. viscosity values.

Step 3: Thin the paint.

- To obtain the crect viscosity of your paint,you need to thin your paint with the correct. solvent,depending if the paint is water or solvent based. - Mix the paint and the solvent according to the manufacturerrsquos instructions. - You can make use of a clean bucket and mixing stick for this task.

Step 4: Fill the container.

• Strain the paint through a fine Filter funnel to remove any particles which could block the spray gun.

Step 5: Adjust Spray Pattern and Flow

• Set the spray pattern and material flow to your preferred settings for optimal spraying results.

Step 6: Connect the Sprayer and Start Painting

• Hold the spray gun approximately 250 to 300 mm away from the surface.
• Move the spray gun smoothly and steadily; avoid spraying continuously on one spot for too long.
• For a thicker coat, apply 2 to 3 thin layers, allowing each layer to dry completely before applying the next. Avoid trying to apply a thick coat in one go, as this may cause dripping or sagging.
• Use a crosshatch spraying technique: begin with horizontal strokes, then finish with light vertical strokes for even coverage.
